Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable ONCE, provided at least 48 hours notice is given prior to your appointment. Non-refundable means, once you place the deposit, any cancellations for any reason will NOT be refundable. You get 1 rescheduling, with keeping your deposit as long as l'm notified at least 48 hours before your appointment. Multiple reschedules of the same appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit & a new deposit will be due. PAYMENT Balances are HIGHLY PREFERRED in CASH/Zelle. Credit & Debit cards are accepted, but will include a 3% processing fee of the total of your service. NO GUEST POLICY Please understand we have a no guest policy LATE POLICY Arriving late for your appointment will reduce the time available for your service or may result in a cancellation or a change to the service provided, depending on the remaining time. However, the full amount for the original service will still be owed if you are serviced, even if adjustments are made. 10 minute grace period for all appointments. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling appointments will only be possible if i'm given at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Promotional rates will no longer apply you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your touch up the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment. If you are rescheduling less than 48 hours of your appointment date you will not be able to transfer your deposit to a later date and deposits will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment. No Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), you will be required to pay the full amount for the missed appointment. Additionally, in order to RESCHEDULE, payment for the next will be due in full at the time of scheduling. All payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
