Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable ONCE. Non-refundable means, once you place the deposit, any cancelations for any reason will not be refundable. You get 1 rescheduling, with keeping your deposit as long as l'm notified at least 24 hours before your appointment. PAYMENT Remainder of the payment must be made in cash. We do not have an atm in the salon, nor a card reader. NO GUEST POLICY Please understand we have a no guest policy. There are other workers in the salon with their own clients. Additional guests may cause distractions and there are no additional seats for them to sit. LATE POLICY Appointments will be canceled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment. I do however allow 1 rescheduling, with keeping your deposit, if you are late. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling appointments will only be possible if i'm given at least 24-48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your touch up the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment. If you are rescheduling less than 24 hours of your appointment date you will not be able to transfer your deposit to a later date and deposits will be forfeited. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointment.
